ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Orders are produced on demand and typically ship within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–8 business days within Canada and 7–12 business days to the US. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $100 CAD ship free within Canada.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each piece is made to order, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at hello@scotchmonkey.com.

PRODUCTS & QUALITY

What is your fabric weight?
All Scotch Monkey hoodies and sweatshirts are made from 420 GSM heavyweight fabric — the same weight tier used by brands like BAPE and Fear of God ESSENTIALS. This is a thick, substantial, premium feel.

What is GSM?
GSM stands for "grams per square meter" — it measures fabric density. Higher GSM means heavier, more premium fabric. Standard mall brands use 200–280 GSM. We use 380–420 GSM.

How do your pieces fit?
All Scotch Monkey pieces are cut in an intentionally oversized, boxy silhouette with drop shoulders. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down one size. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.

Will the prints fade or crack?
We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and screen printing techniques that are designed for longevity. To maximize lifespan, wash inside out on cold and hang dry.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@scotchmonkey.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

BRAND & DROPS

What does "limited drop" mean?
Each Scotch Monkey collection is produced in limited quantities. Once a design sells out, it is retired permanently. We do not restock or reprint past designs.
