SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME

Every Scotch Monkey piece is made to order. Once your order is placed, production takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

After production, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 5–8 business days
United States: 7–12 business days

International shipping to additional countries is coming soon.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $100 CAD ship free within Canada.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@scotchmonkey.com with your order number.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because each piece is produced on demand, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at info@scotchmonkey.com.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Scotch Monkey is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues, but we'll work with you to resolve any problems.
